NLite Laser Facial Treatment
What does the treatment involve?
Designed specifically to combat the effects of aging gently. It is a revolutionary non-ablative laser that does not wound the surface of the skin. It is focused beneath the skin to gently stimulate the production of collagen. The new collagen fills in and softens the appearance of wrinkles and aging skin.

These precise treatments may take from 10 to 30 minutes depending on the size and number of wrinkles being treated. There is no pain associated with this treatment neither during nor after treatment, so there is no need for anesthesia of any kind. Patients report only a pleasant warming sensation of the skin that lasts for a short period following the treatment. During your treatment, the yellow light from the laser targets the tissue under the skin surface thus stimulating the new collagen growth.
 
How many treatments are required?
Every patient is different. Most see results after the first or second treatment. Treatments are normally spaced 6 to 8 weeks apart in the beginning, and then 8 to 12 weeks in a maintenance program. This program last as long as you would like to retard the effects of aging.

Visible results are usually seen within 30 days following treatment. This improvement continues for about 90 days and then the improvement is maintained. During this time period, fine lines and wrinkles just disappear as those areas are filled in and smoothed out due to the new collagen production stimulated by the laser treatment.
